Building Confidence Through Sports and Activity
Physical activity plays a powerful role in shaping confident, disciplined, and motivated young people. The Youth Athletics & Recreation Program at Plan Big Dream Bigger Foundation provides a safe and supportive environment where young people can stay active, build teamwork skills, and develop healthy habits that last a lifetime.
Many youth in underserved communities lack access to safe recreational spaces where they can participate in structured sports and physical training. Our program was created to fill that gap by offering facilities and programs that encourage positive engagement, physical wellness, and leadership through athletics.
Participants in this program gain more than just athletic skills. They learn the value of teamwork, dedication, resilience, and personal responsibility—qualities that help them succeed both on and off the field.
Our athletics and recreation programs include:
- Indoor basketball courts and youth leagues
- Turf football training and team development
- Boxing and fitness training programs
- Strength and conditioning gym access
- Swimming and water safety programs
Through these opportunities, youth are able to channel their energy into positive activities while developing discipline, confidence, and strong social connections.
